Our Services
We offer spiritual sessions, personal development and mediation – both online via Zoom and physically in Juelsminde. All services can be booked through our online booking system.
Physical sessions in Juelsminde:

  • Personal 1-on-1 sessions
  • Companion can be arranged by special arrangement

Online sessions via Zoom:

  • Personal 1-on-1 sessions
  • Recording sent via email on request

Prices and Payment
Accepted payment methods:

  • VISA Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron
  • Mastercard
  • PayPal
  • MobilePay

Important payment terms:

  • All prices are in Danish kroner incl. VAT
  • Payment is deducted instantly upon booking
  • We reserve the right to change prices without notice
  • For full-day sessions, separate surcharges may apply by agreement

Cancellation and Relocation
Cancellation deadlines:

  • Regular sessions: At least 48 hours before
  • Full-day sessions: No later than 168 hours (7 days) before

In case of late cancellation or no-show:

  • The full amount continues to be deducted
  • More than 10 minutes late is considered a no-show

Moving session:

  • Possible within the cancellation deadline
  • New session must be held within 30 days
  • Depends on available capacity in the calendar

Transfer to another person:

  • Possible by written request within the cancellation deadline
  • Subsequent handovers result in loss of session

Complaints and Returns

  • No warranty on spiritual sessions and development programs
  • No returns on booked sessions
  • No right of withdrawal on sessions and event tickets
  • We disclaim responsibility for the effect and outcome of the sessions

Tickets to lectures and events:

  • Transferable to other persons
  • No refund in case of cancellation

Reimbursement
For agreed reimbursement (e.g. in case of illness):

  • Is done via bank transfer
  • Requires information of reg. no. and account number
  • This information can be sent securely via email

Wilds Vision Worlds ApS is the data controller for the processing of your personal data at www.hanne.dk.
What information do we collect
Required information for purchase:

  • Name and company name (if applicable)
  • Email address
  • Mailing address
  • Phone number
  • Payment information

When visiting the website:

  • Cookies for shopping cart functionality
  • IP address at checkout

Purpose and Basis of Processing
We process your data in order to:

  • Complete your purchase and deliver the service
  • Send order confirmation and delivery receipt
  • Forward Zoom recordings in online sessions
  • Handle payment transactions

Payment data is only forwarded to necessary payment providers (Bambora, WooCommerce) to complete the transaction.
Storage and Deletion

  • Your data is deleted 3 months after delivery of the service
  • Email address can be stored longer if you have consented to marketing

External Suppliers
We work with the following data processors:

  • Simply.com (website hosting)
  • Bambora and WooCommerce (payment processing)

All data processors have entered into agreements on the correct handling of your personal data.
Your Rights
You have the right to

  • Get insight into what information we have about you
  • Get incorrect information corrected
  • Get your data deleted
  • Protesting about the treatment
  • File a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency

How to Book
Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Go to Online Booking on the website
  2. Select your desired service – click for more information about each session
  3. Book an intro call if you want to hear more first
  4. Select time in the calendar
  5. Review cart – check your choices and any discounts
  6. Go to checkout – approve the order
  7. Complete payment – the amount is deducted instantly
  8. Receive receipt via email
